1 General Information
1.1 All orders are subject to product availability at the time of order.
1.2 If an item is not available at the time of order, we will notify and refund you the full amount using the original method of payment
1.3 MegaWarehouse (Pty) Ltd carries full liability for your order up to the point where the products have been delivered. In the event where products go missing or gets damaged during transit we will replace or refund you in full.
1.4 A Shipping notification will be sent to you as soon as the order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
1.5The sale of a television will be subject to the condition that we receive your valid TV licence number and your account holder ID. If we do not receive your TV licence number and your account holder ID, or your TV licence number cannot be validated, the transaction cannot be fulfilled.
1. Delivery time
1.1 Our standard lead-time for delivery is 3-5 working days or as indicated on the product screen. Selected items i.e., beds and lounge suites may have longer lead-times, which will be indicated on the products screen.
1.2 Express delivery may be requested and may occur additional charges. Leadtime for express delivery is 2-3 working days.
1.3 Unless there are exceptional circumstance, we make every effort to deliver your products within the lead-time provided on the product screen. Working days mean Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
1.5 Please note that longer lead-times may be applicable on rural areas dependant on the shipping policy of the shipping company or courier handling the delivery.
1.6 Some products may have extended lead times due to sourcing from suppliers.
1.7 MegaWarehouse’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. MegaWarehouse is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
1.8You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited, and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of Goods for sale by MegaWarehouse, we will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, MegaWarehouse will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
1.9 During peak periods like year-end sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday, Megawarehouse reserves the right to extend delivery periods. We will notify the customer of the extended delivery times before committing to the order.
2 Shipping instructions
3.1 Special delivery instructions can be given during the checkout phase.
3.2 Please note that such instructions are transferred to the shipping/courier company and Mega Warehouse (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible if such instructions are not carried out by the shipping or courier company.
3 Shipping costs
4.2 A standard fee of R99 is charged on selected items. Some products i.e bulky and oversized products may attract additional fee’s.
4.3 Free shipping for orders over R650 applies to main centres only and it excludes large and heavy items. Large and extra-large items are charged on a per item basis.
Free delivery options are subject to change.
4.4 All the above will be shipped on standard economy service and lead-times for delivery will be indicated on the product screen.
4.5 Selected rural areas may have an additional charge as determined by the shipping or courier company.
4.6 In the event of a pricing error on an item and/or service that you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing to process your order.

Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries if the items ordered are coming from multiple suppliers, the items are large or bulky, or need to be delivered to areas not regularly serviced by courier companies.
5 Damaged items in transport
5.1 Any damages to packaging or contents should be reported immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
5.2 In the event of damaged packaging we strongly advise for the contents to be inspected before accepting delivery. Should the contents appear to be damaged we recommend that delivery is not accepted and that it is clearly noted on the waybill. This should be reported to email@example.com immediately.
5.3 In the event that delivery is accepted damages should be clearly noted on the waybill before signing.
5.3.1 Any damages of contents should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within the time-frame provided within our return policy.
6.1 All our products are subject to the warranty provided by the South African distributors of the products. In the case that there isn't a distributor then the warranty will be serviced by the manufacturer.
6.2 Should a product become faulty within the warranty period, you may return the product so that we can send it to the manufacturer or its official distributors for assessment.
6.3 This warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
6.4 The manufacturer or official distributor of the product will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced under the terms & conditions of the warranty.
6.5 The decision they make is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.6 Before returning any products you must first contact us so that we may give you instructions on how to return the product.
6.7 If the product you ordered is found to be faulty within 7 days of receiving your order we will cover the cost of both the return and re-delivery of the product.
6.8 If the manufacturer or official distributor of the product determines that the fault is not covered under the terms & conditions of the warranty then the cost of return and delivery will be transferred to you.
6.9 If the product you ordered is found to be or becomes faulty after 7 days of receiving your order and it falls within the warranty period you will bear the cost of returning the product to and from us.

Although every effort is made to have your products delivered within the given time frame we are still in the hands of our courier/shipping company. In the event that your products are not delivered within the given time frame on the productscreen, pleasenotify us firstname.lastname@example.org immediate follow up.
Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltdcannotbe held responsible for delays caused by the courier/shipping company. We will however always keep our courier/shipping company liable for unnecessary delays.
